We are therefore seeking a Complex Manager who demonstrates a strong commitment to operational excellence, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures. This role requires taking ownership of core standards, including guest service, cleanliness and compliance with operational processes.
If you believe in being brilliant at the basics, delivering consistently high standards, and creating great guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for people who bring energy, reliability, and a positive attitude to every shift.
If you’re ready to join a refreshed, modern, and fast-paced environment where your effort truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect next step for you.
With overall responsibility for the food and beverage service across the venue you will oversee all aspects of the service and the staff, leading by example with a friendly and professional approach. Ensuring our customers are having the best experience possible is an integral part of the role, whether it is dealing with complaints swiftly, mentoring the team in customer service excellence or just getting stuck into whatever tasks need completing during a busy shift. Achieving KPIs related to stock management, wage percentages and team development will be a key part of this role.
Typical duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the holiday park
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction
- Create and manage budgets for all food and beverage outlets
- Train, supervise and manage a team of food and beverage staff across multiple venues
- Maintain inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies across multiple venues
- Monitor and control stock levels, waste and wage percentages across multiple venues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and positive interactions
- Develop and motivate the team to achieve their full potential
What We’re Looking for:
You will need to have previous experience of managing a food and beverage service and be able to demonstrate effective measures for reducing waste and increasing sales. You will also need to have previous experience with managing and developing a staff team and be able to demonstrate effective ways of motivating the team to achieve excellence. Good knowledge of the licensing laws (plus a personal license) and food standards agency code of practice is essential.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a multi-site Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of overseeing multiple venues, managing stock control, and effectively controlling wage percentages. They will demonstrate strong leadership and people management capabilities, alongside solid financial acumen with the ability to create, manage, and monitor budgets. A good working knowledge of relevant licensing laws and food safety standards is essential, as are excellent communication, numeracy, and organisational skills. The role requires a flexible, friendly, and professional approach, with a clear commitment to delivering consistently high standards of customer service.
