UK Holiday Caravans & Lodges for sale

You can visit your holiday home as often as you like within the owner season (owner season varies by park) but you cannot live on park.  Verdant Parks are non residential parks, you must have a separate primary residence and supply proof of this on request.

The "tenure" is the length of time you can use your caravan on a Verdant Park. This is determined by the year your caravan was manufactured. From brand-new, our tenure is 20 years for a static caravan and 30 years for a lodge.

Yes, you can choose from the available pitches at your preferred park, provided they are suitable for the size of the caravan or lodge you are purchasing.

Following the purchase of your holiday home, you will have several on-going costs that are typically paid annually or quarterly. Aside from the actual cost of the holiday home itself, there are various other fees to consider when buying a holiday home.

You will need to pay pitch fees annually which cover park maintenance, refuse collection, landscaping, drainage and security. These vary depending on the park you choose. Insuring your holiday home is also an essential annual payment to ensure you're covered for any issues that may arise. 

There are also maintenance and cleaning costs to think about, as well as a drain down in winter to make sure your holiday home is protected throughout the season. You will also need to pay for gas, electricity and water.

If you have chosen a finance plan when buying your caravan, you will also have monthly payments to consider. 

Yes, we offer finance plans to help you spread the cost of your holiday home to affordable monthly payments. You can choose how much deposit to put down and how many years you'd like to finance over, so you can find what works for you and your budget. 

Of course! One of the benefits of owning a holiday home at a Verdant Park is the flexibility for friends and family to stay, either to join you on your escape or for their own holiday.

Yes, we can support you with subletting your holiday home. It's a great way to help cover some of your annual running costs when your holiday home is otherwise vacant, with the peace of mind that it's in reliable hands. We'll handle cleaning, maintenance, keys and marketing, so you can sit back in the knowledge that everything's being taken care of.

The income you'll earn from hiring out your holiday home depends on the grade, the number of weeks you sublet and when you make it available throughout the year, and you will be paid income every January. 

Subletting is offered at Heather View, Pease Bay, Thurston Manor, Erigmore and Queensberry Bay.
