Grounds & Site Maintenance Team Member - Kingfisher Holiday Park
Location: Kingfisher Holiday Park, Bishop Auckland DL13 2SJ
Salary: £8.35 (16-17) to £12.21 (age 18+) per hour
Hours: Part-time position, 16 hours, 2 days a week. Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays

Typical duties and responsibilities:

Landscaping the grounds – mowing, trimming, and keeping our parks looking beautiful

Carrying out essential repairs on holiday homes, including fixing interiors, exteriors, plumbing, and heating systems

Maintaining safe, litter-free pathways, play areas, and facilities for everyone to enjoy

Siting and de-siting caravans, handling connections, and ensuring everything is in place

Keeping the park clean, tidy, and welcoming with a constant eye for detail
What We’re Looking for:

Experience in a similar role – landscaping, joinery, plumbing, or general maintenance skills are a bonus

A hands-on, hard-working attitude, with a love for working outdoors in all weather

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

A keen understanding of health & safety regulations

A full, valid driving licence (essential for the role)

Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
