Grow your career with Verdant Parks

At Verdant Parks, we know that a great holiday home experience starts with smooth, professional support and attention to detail. That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Administrator who takes pride in getting the basics right: accuracy, organisation, and a friendly, professional approach.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day sales and administration of our holiday homes, ensuring every customer enquiry and transaction is handled efficiently and professionally. From processing sales and managing records to supporting the sales team and keeping systems up to date, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers.

If you’re ready to join a refreshed, modern, and fast-paced environment where your effort truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Our Sales Administrators are responsible for providing effective administrative support to the park ownership team and assisting with after-sales support. They work closely with the ownership team, customer services and our head office to ensure that administrative tasks such as invoicing and finance proposals are completed in a timely manner. The role is key to ensuring that the ownership process runs smoothly, and our owners receive a warm welcome and lasting personalised service on park.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, with demonstrable IT skills including Microsoft Office. Experience with Elite CRM is highly desirable, but not essential if you can learn new systems quickly. You will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the ownership team and our customers on the phone, in person and in writing.
