Grow your career with Verdant Parks

At Verdant Parks, we believe exceptional holidays are created by getting the fundamentals right — strong leadership, high standards, and consistently great guest experiences across every part of the park. We are therefore seeking an experienced Group Food and Beverage Manager to take full responsibility of the full food and beverage function accross our holiday parks.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role, perfect for an experienced hospitality professional ready to drive F&B performance and enhance the guest experience across our parks.

You’ll take ownership of the full food and beverage function, tracking sales data, analysing profit margins, and ensuring the very best levels of customer service are maintained both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with park teams to recruit, train, and develop talented people, helping them grow their skills and perform to their highest potential. By fostering a culture of motivation, teamwork and ownership, you’ll help create a positive and high-performing environment across all parks.

Creativity will be key as you design and develop exceptional menus for each outlet, making the most of seasonal produce and local ingredients, while introducing new ideas such as themed events, specials, and regional dishes. You’ll set sales prices and manage theoretical margins in line with the company’s business plan, ensuring strong financial performance. Stock control will also form a major part of the role, where you’ll implement and manage efficient processes, oversee stock takers, and ensure results are accurately reported and followed up.

You’ll take the lead in maintaining food preparation and hygiene standards across all parks, ensuring full compliance with health, safety and food legislation. Working collaboratively with IT and Finance teams, you’ll help develop EPOS systems to enhance service delivery, management reporting and internal controls. You’ll also act as a professional advisor to our General Managers, supporting them to achieve strategic goals and ensuring all business operations comply with company policies and procedures.

A key part of this role involves driving sales and growth. You’ll create and implement a proactive sales strategy aimed at exceeding targets, working closely with our Marketing team to deliver promotions, point-of-sale materials and campaigns that attract new guests and boost revenue from existing customers.

As a leader, you’ll be committed to your own professional development, keeping your skills and knowledge up to date through training, short courses, and industry events. You’ll also champion health and safety across all sites, ensuring staff receive appropriate training, potential risks are identified and reported, and incidents are documented properly. Above all, you’ll maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout all food and beverage operations.

What We’re Looking for:

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You’ll ensure that every customer receives a friendly, consistent and personalised experience, and you’ll handle feedback constructively to drive long-term improvements. You’ll take responsibility for the security of cash, stock and assets, and always work in line with confidentiality and data protection guidelines. As part of the wider Verdant Parks family, you’ll stay informed about company developments, support charity initiatives, and act as a positive ambassador for our mission and values at all times.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership, commercial insight, and a passion for food to make a lasting impact within a growing business.
