When is Autumn UK? The Autumn season spans September to November, technically beginning when the equinox occurs around the 22nd September, with temperatures and daylight hours gradually falling throughout the month of September.

Last year we hosted events such as the grand Monster Ball and a silent cinema under the stars to capture the cosy autumn vibes. We’ve also got a range of visiting Live Acts, Park Tours, and the Discovery Trail

Our parks are ideally located near to some of the best Autumn events happening in the UK.
Highland Games: one of Scotland’s most famous cultural celebrations with events taking place each year from May to September, with many of the largest gatherings in late summer and early Autumn. To view this year’s schedule, check out the Visit Scotland website.
The Enchanted Forest, Pitlochry: Held annually in October and a short 20 minute drive from Erigmore, The Enchanted Forest is a spectacular immersive art experience perfect for any age.
Alnwick Garden, Northumberland: Each year, the Alwick Garden - a short drive from Riverside - offers family-friendly Halloween and Autumn events in October and November, including Spookydorei.
