Holiday Accommodation in Scotland & Northern England

We have various sizes of accommodation available. 

Two bedroom accommodation sleeps 4 people, usually one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. 

Three bedroom accommodation sleeps 6 people, usually one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

We also have apartments at Erigmore that can sleep up to 9 people. Our Signature Family Lodge at Riverside can sleep up to 8 people.

Yes! We welcome pets in selected accommodation for an additional charge. You must make us aware at the time of booking if you're bringing your pooch with you, and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. 

Dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Please contact our holidays team for more information.

We want all our guests to be able to switch off from the moment they arrive, however if you do require Wi-Fi in your accommodation you can add this onto your booking for an additional charge.

Complementary Wi-Fi is available in bars and restaurants.

We have a number of adapted Holiday Homes available for guests with varying disabilities across our parks.

Please contact our holidays team today for advise on the specific accommodation available, the layout of the park, parking etc.

Registered Assistance Dogs are allowed in all grades of accessible holiday homes at no extra charge. Please make your Holiday Advisor aware that you have an assistance dog at the time of making your booking.

Our holiday prices include fully equipped accommodation, gas, electricity, water, bed linen (including duvets and pillows) and access to the facilities for every named person on your booking.

Most of our activities are included in your holiday price, however some are subject to a moderate extra charge.

We want our guests to be able to relax from the moment they first arrive, so accommodation is fully-equipped with everything you'll need to get settled. 

Essential kitchen items:

Washing up soap, tea towel, bin liners, scourer, oven glove, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets.

Other kitchen items:

Bedroom/bathroom items:

Bed linen, hand towels, bath sheets, duvets, pillows, bath mat, hair dryer, coat hangers, toiletries, 2x toilet rolls

Towels and linen are provided with all lodge accommodation and beds will be made up on arrival so you can relax from the moment you arrive.

We also provide a Welcome Pot with all the essentials you need to settle in and feel at home, but we recommend you bring a few extras too.

Don't worry if you forget something, most items are available from our on-site shops*.

Yes, we offer a low deposit scheme, so you can secure your break and pay the full balance in a way that suits you, whether that's weekly, monthly or occasionally.

Deposits are accepted up to 6 weeks before your holiday begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. 

We allow the use of barbecues outside your holiday accommodation as long as they are away from the gas supply and are supervised by an adult at all times.

We ask that when using disposable barbecues that they are not placed directly on the grass or decking area.
