Don't forget your poles, reels, hooks, lures, bobbers or bait. It's also a great idea to pack plenty of sunscreen and insect repellent, and a first-aid kit always comes in handy. Fishing can be enjoyed in any weather, but it's important to dress appropriately to make sure a sudden downpour or chill doesn't put a damper on things. Remember that it's often colder and windier near water, so bring along layers and don't forget a raincoat just in case.
