  • Thurston Manor is open 46 weeks a year, so plan your holiday whenever suits you. Please note, it cannot be your permanent residence though.

  • Yes, we accept most caravans, tourers or motorhomes as part exchange. Contact one of our team today and they can provide you with a price.

  • Yes, you do. Pop on down for a visit to the park you're interested in and our team can show you the available pitches.

  • Yes, your furry friend is very welcome! At Thurston Manor, our only request is that you keep all animals on a lead during walks around the park and use the bins provided for any waste.

  • Yes, we work with specialist finance providers, Santander and Black Horse, which means we can provide payment plans for buying holiday accommodation. Finance is subject to status, and terms and conditions apply.

  • Your main home's TV Licence will cover you unless anyone is watching or recording live TV on any channel or watching or downloading BBC programmes on iPlayer at the same time as your main licensed address. In this case, you will need to complete a non-simultaneous use declaration form. Find out more on the TV Licensing website here.

  • *Terms and conditions apply. No site fees offer available on qualifying holiday home purchases only. A deposit for the 2026 season is payable in November 2025.
